Your login credentials – username and password – are your responsibility. You must not share them with any other person. 988 Wan will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. All transactions on 988 Wan are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and mobile wallets. The minimum deposit amount and any method-specific processing times are displayed on the Deposit page.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Deposits made from a third-party account – including a family member's JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet – are not permitted and may be reversed. Repeated attempts to deposit from third-party sources may result in account suspension.
988 Wan does not charge a platform fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. All withdrawals are issued in PKR. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed on the Withdrawal page and may vary by method.
Before processing a withdrawal, 988 Wan may require identity verification. This is a standard procedure to confirm account ownership and protect against fraud. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC and a screenshot or confirmation of your registered payment method. Submitting clear, valid documents speeds up this process considerably.
Withdrawals are typically processed within the timeframe stated on the Withdrawal page. During periods of high volume or following significant wins, processing may take additional time. 988 Wan will communicate any delays through your registered contact number or account notification.

All bonuses and promotional offers available on 988 Wan – including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cricket specials, bingo room promos, and VIP rewards – are subject to individual terms that are displayed at the point of opt-in. These individual terms take precedence for any promotion-specific details.
General bonus rules that apply across all offers unless otherwise stated:
Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using VPN services to appear in an ineligible region, or coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially are all considered bonus abuse. Accounts found doing this will be permanently closed.
The 988 Wan sports betting section covers cricket – including PSL, T20 internationals, Test matches and ODIs – as well as football, esports, and other sports. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
In-play betting is available on selected markets during live matches. Odds during in-play betting change in real time and the odds accepted at the moment of confirmation are the final odds that apply to your bet. Connectivity issues on your end that result in a delayed bet submission are your responsibility.
For PSL and T20 matches specifically, live betting markets close at different points during the match depending on the market type. Match winner markets typically remain open until the final ball; player performance markets may close at the start of a player's innings or over. Current market availability is always shown in the live betting interface.
Slots, live casino games, and bingo rooms are available to all registered players with a funded account. Game-specific rules, minimum bet amounts, and RTP (Return to Player) information are available within each game's individual interface.
Live casino games are provided with real dealers streamed in real time. By joining a live casino table, you agree to the specific table limits shown before you enter. The dealer's decision in live games is final where a technical dispute cannot be verified.
Bingo rooms operate on fixed schedules displayed within the bingo section. Each room has its own ticket price, prize pool, and pattern rules. Joining a bingo room constitutes acceptance of that room's specific rules. Tickets purchased for a bingo session are non-refundable once the game has started.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, funds are held in place and not accessible until the investigation is resolved. If the account is cleared, full access is restored. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in full.
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily can do so through their account settings or by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method.
